The conference registration fee covers convention kit, proceedings volume, lunch and tea (on two convention days only). TA/DA and accommodation charges will have to be borne by sponsoring organizations/participants.

Registration and Accomodation Charges
Note:
1) Rs. 1000 will be charged extra for spot registration.
2) Delegates who don't want accommodation should choose option B or D.
3) Delegates selecting payment option C or D will not get kits for International CALIBER 2015.
4) Delegate with Accompanying person will have to pay additonal charges of Rs 6000/- (Accompanying person will not get conference kit and proceeding)
5. Minor- If the accompanying person is below 10 years of age, there will be no charges.
The accommodation can be arranged in the guest houses/budget hotels (on double occupancy basis) by the Organisers, provided that the payment from the delegate is received by February 25, 2015. The charges would be as per the details given in the brochure.
