Editorial Policy
(Part I)
CALIBER provides a forum for the exchange of ideas
and experiences among library communities throughout the
world. The editors will receive contributions from all
parts of the world. Criteria for acceptance will be
appropriateness and its relevance to the Theme and
sub-themes. Only papers not previously published will be
accepted. Acceptance or otherwise will be at the
discretion of the Editorial Committee. Completed papers
will be required and information regarding these will be
forwarded with the acceptance letter from the Convener
of the CALIBER-2006 to the authors. However editors are
requested to intimate to the authors about the receipt
of the papers. In case of the paper is not up to the
standard, only abstract can be included in the
proceedings.
Format
guidelines for Authors
(Part II)
Submission of paper:
Authors are required to submit their
papers either through email or floppy to the respective
editors, which is given on the CALIBER broachers. Please
observe the following format for the article:
Layout and Font Sizes
Use 11-point type for
the name(s) of the author(s) and 10-point type for the
address(es) and the
abstract. For the main text, please use 11-point type
and single-line spacing. We recommend using Times New
Roman fonts
Headings
Headings should be capitalized (i.e.,
nouns, verbs, and all other words except articles,
prepositions, and conjunctions should be set with an
initial capital) and should be aligned to the left, with
the exception of the title of the article.

Title page:
Paper should begin with the title of the article,
author's name and complete address from which the
communication with email address. In the case of
co-authors, respective addresses should be clearly
indicated.
Abstract:
All papers must be
supplied with an abstract. Abstract should not exceed
150 words and must be in Times New Roman 10 point with
single line spacing. The abstract should be concise, and
complete in itself without reference to the body of the
paper. Include purpose, methodology, results, and
conclusions where applicable.
Keywords:
Article should have at least five suitable keywords

Author Biography:
Brief biography along
with passport size photographs of the author on the
bottom of paper is compulsory. Biography should not
exceed 50 words.
References:
References to published material should
be identified in the text by Arabic numerals in square
brackets. References should appear at the end of
the paper as endnotes (rather than footnotes) under the
heading REFERENCES. Within the text, the citation style
should appear as follows:
Innovation is a
great thing [2].
References should be typed
at the end of the paper in numerical order. Examples of
the correct format are given below:
