CALIBER 2011: Registration & Accommodation
The Organizing Committee of CALIBER 2011 has been in negotiation with hotels in Goa for a reduction in the tariff applicable to accommodation hired for the delegates participating in CALIBER 2011. Please note hotel tariffs in Goa are linked to the peak tourist season and we are pleased to inform you that as a result of our persuasive discussions with the hotel managements, the Organizing Committee has been able to negotiate further discounts on tariff from a few hotels. The benefit of discounted rates will be passed on to the participants. Accordingly, the revised tariff is given below. The rates are for a single participant on twin sharing accommodation basis. The rates applicable after Early Bird Registration will be higher.
Foriegn delegates are required to adhere to the instructions given by Ministry of Human Resource Development(MHRD) /Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Govt of India for Visa process. Rs. 500 will be charged extra for spot registration.

Delegates registered as students are not eligible to receive registration kits.

Foreign delegates are advised to book their own accommodation. Organizers will provide all assistance, if required, in this regard.

Accommodation charges include lodging for four nights from 1st to 4th of March 2011 (on twin sharing basis) per person. The accommodation charges also include transportation charges from the place of lodging to the convention venue on conference days.

Registration fee is not refundable.

Registration is confirmed only after receiving the duly filled registration forms along with the required registration fee.

Those who have already paid their fee as per the earlier rates will receive refund of the excess amount at the time of the Conference.
