Accommodation

Accomodation for the delegates will be arranged at the Hotels near by the railway station which is hardly 500 mts away from the station.  The accomodation is available on the first come first served basis. After the due date, it would be very difficult for the organizer to accomodate the delegates at the arranged hotels. It such case, it would be responsibility of the delegates to make their own arrangement. Pick-up arrangement for the delegates to the venue will be available at nearby the hotels.

Important Note for the Delegates bringing their family:

1) There will be extra accomodation charges of Rs. 500/- per person.

2) There will be 50% of registration charges for food per person. This is not applicable for the retired and student category. This charge will be as per the "A" and "B" category.

3) Delegate Kit will not be provided to the accompanying person registered under this category.

4) For the special arrangement, delegate should contact to the organizing secretary. It will be entertained as per the availability and the suitability. 

5) In case of special arrangement, if any extra charges required for arranging, has to be paid by the delegates.
