Pre-Convention tutorial on the following topics will be the highlights of the convention:

      1)      Content Management using Open Source Software

 2)      Digital Libraries

The tutorial will be focused on the practical aspects of installation, configuration and operations of the open source content management software and digital libraries. The charges for tutorial is Rs. 600/- (Rs. 500 for students and retired persons) that should be paid in advance by demand draft in favour of the Organizing Secretary, International CALIBER 2008 payable at Allahabad on or before February 15, 2008. The registration for the tutorial will be on the first come first serve basis.

A parallel session is proposed on e-Resources being subscribed through the UGC-Infonet Digital Library Consortium. The session will be open to all participants as well as to the entire academic community of the Allahabad University.
